Wow I can't believe we are almost in the month of August - where does the time go?  Soon its back to school and a quiet house with Chelsea gone to college and Zach into high school.
Chelsea's done with work until she's home on breaks throughout the year so we decided to plan a few days out together.  We want to get to the zoo, the Columbus Zoo but the day we wanted to go the forecast was rain all...

After she arrived home and Joel finished up some of the yard work we headed out to the park for the family reunion.  We got there kind of late...

Another quiet day here with Chelsea still gone at Color guard camp.  She should be home later this afternoon then we are going to a family reunion.  One which we haven't attended in a few years?

It is time for me to begin The last lecture as my next book to read
You can find his last lecture here

Not so much today... since Chelsea is at her first weekend of band camp for Kent Color Guard.  The only conversation we've had today was via text messaging when they took a break for dinner. They...

Today was a day for both my Work in Progress kit and crafts.  I got to work with my kit for a bit and I wanted to do some sewing. However I had a pile of shirts that Joel needed sewn and I knew if he saw me sewing on cardstock and not his shirts that it may not be a pretty scene... so I did the mending first, then I got to sew on my layout.
I also finished up some crafts for a friend who calls...
