Are you doing it too?  This morning I began my note taking and picture taking and when I explained to my husband what I was doing he said "well haven't you been doing that for years?"  He just doesn't get it.... but still cooperates with me!

Yesterday I went on a bus trip sponsoring the Buckeye cheerleaders that my good friend Annette was putting together.  I asked Lisa and she brought two more friends!
The day began early with us leaving Buckeye schools by 8:30 to head to West Virginia, and the bus ride just flew by with all the talking and laughter and games to keep us busy!
We arrived in wheeling ready to play and after a short time...

1. I'd like to do some shopping with my girl today.
2. One of my most favorite romantic memories is sheesh, any dinner we get away on our own? 
3. Last night, I had a veggie burger for dinner.
4. Sorry for the lack of blog posts.

to my goal of 500 miles this year and I'm loving it!
It's funny to think that just months ago I hated the treadmill!  I think I somewhat feared it... not sure what I feared? But there was a genuine fear.
But Chelsea kept pushing... just try mom, just walk mom, and slowly I began walking and then a slow jog until suddenly I hit my first mile and you'd of thought I won a jackpot!  I was so excited...

Chelsea has to do a 7 minute speech at school.  She has to pay tribute to someone and she decided to do it about grandpa.
Today we met with Grandma to discuss memories that she has of grandpa and together we will help her understand who this man she only got to know for 8 years was.
 
We talked about his childhood, raised as a Catholic and served as an altar boy for many years. Joined the service...
