On Thursday Chelsea and I went to the Healthy Women Expo and got to meet and have dinner with Ali Vincent from Season 5 of the Biggest Loser.

 She was so inspiring and funny to listen to.  She showed clips from her season on the show and how far she has come.  She says its not just about losing weight but her attitude shifted and a fire inside her started to burn to where she said Instead...

We all hear that saying from those older than us as they reflect back on their children and how they've grown, and now here I am doing the same.
I look at my daughter and can not believe she will be a Junior in college next year!  How did that happen when I can remember so clearly taking her to pre-school or volunteering at her elementary school?  How did she end up all grown up in what seems like...

 Friday we headed out early in the morning to go to the Great Lakes Mega Meet in Novi Michigan.  We talked and laughed as Amy -the GPS, led the way to Michigan.  It rained most of the way down there, but decided to pour the moment we got there and were walking to the building!
We had a blast as we cruised up and down the aisles to check...

Time just seems to fly by anymore!  On Sunday we went and moved most of Chels things out of her dorm but she still stayed for a few more days for another final.
On Monday I got to chat with a fellow scrapper Brandy!  We did a video chat and it was a blast! She is so sweet and adorable and made the cutest album that I need to get for our camping season this year!
Tuesday flew by with Chelsea arriving...

Theme:  Kids...
That was our theme for the week and since I had all the kids here I enlisted them to come up with an idea.  They chose to represent speak no evil, hear no evil, see no evil....with fruit!  Not only do I love the picture but I love the memories they made as we cracked up coming up with the shot!
Jill has her adorable daughter Alyssa and recognizes how quickly they change right in...

What is it about accomplishing a lot that always makes us feel good?  Whatever it is I had one of those weekend and I feel good!
