Ahh yes, the weather here is giving us a little taste of spring and then to add to that feeling I stopped into Perfectly Charming where spring has definitely sprung!

and of course I used my iphone for the photo!  yes I am loving the iphone too!

We are back!  Jill and I took some time off, but here we are and I'm excited with our start!
This week we followed Mental Inventories prompt of BLUE and I love what we came up with!

I love the detail that Jill captured with her blue jeans and oh my was the sun and blue sky a refreshing change to the forecast we've been having.

Ahh here I am, late getting to my one little word.  It seems every week my word relates mostly to working out and running and well to be honest, that was my intention when I first chose the word.  I want to challenge myself both physically and mentally as much as possible.  I have goals I want to reach with running, with weight - ugh yeah that one is always a challenge! 
and so this morning...

Aren't girlfriends the best!  I have so many friends and so many fun activities I feel so blessed to have them all and share in the fun stuff!
Every year my girlfriend Kim does a Valentine party and we each come up with fun gifts to share with one another.
My mom got the cutest plates everyone wanted more of!  My sister made the cutest basket with a little story included about girlfriends, Brenda...

Are you following along?  There are so many options, choices and ways to capture your 2011 and I'm trying to do several of them.

One is the Project life kit from Becky Higgins.  I did it last year and even missed a few weeks here and there, but I still love the final result and so does the rest of the family.
I'm back at it again and just loving this kit even more than the last.

And so the days went by as I coveted the thought of one day owning an iphone.  Then the big announcement that FINALLY verizon was getting the iphone!  I stopped into Verizon because I'm not one of those camp outside to get a great deal type of people.  I'll just wait...  
Wait... what did you say? Existing customers can pre-order the iphone... tada... we are going home and doing that RIGHT now!
And...

Ahh another challenge for me recently was Tackle the tower.  It was an awesome challenge and a lot tougher than I thought it would be!  I spent some time on the stairmaster, but I don't think anything can prepare you for running up 38 flights of steps!
I did it and would definitely do it again!  My time.... 9:02.8 - since it was my first time I didn't have any expectations, but I had secretly...

One little word Captured/Week 6
It's hard to decide and sometimes harder to accept the pieces that come together and define us.  I know there are a lot of things that define who I am and its funny to think that here I am 46 years old and still trying to figure it out, but alas I am.

The older I get the more things make sense and I'm learning the whole "everything happens for a reason" theory. Although...
