Was a spa party!  Now how fun was that for all of us!  My plans were for Chel and I to just get a pedicure.  But once we arrived we found their were so many other choices of things to do our options quickly changed.
The girls all gathered around the salon laughing and giggling together.  There was pizza and desserts, fruit and wine and all kinds of other goodies to enjoy

consist of scrapbooking!  I already planned out quite a few pages... now lets just see if I finish them all?  I decided to work on Christmas and I'll throw in some others in case I get tired of that. 
It never fails though, I always take way too much stuff!  Why is it we think we can accomlish so much more?  Maybe I need some sketches to help me plan things through?

My weekend was full of projects and I'm proud to say I completed some layouts of my favorite pictures.
Zach's going into 8th grade and yet I just scrapped this picture of his 6th grade class.  I love how all the kids were clowning around!

The It Kit Challenge for the month of August is do a layout from the prompt SUMMER IS.  I used some pictures of some of my favorite paths and flowers.

Last night while reading Salem Falls by Jodi Picoult I found this quote that rang true to me.
