Yesterday my mom, Chelsea and I were heading up to Metro Hospital to take up the games system and the extra cash.  I wanted to get some pictures of everything before we left.  I ended up getting the game system that included a couple of games along with an extra controller, 2 more games and the scene it game for 4 people.  Then we went to Things remembered and had a plate engraved saying donated...

Ryan Humbert Band is a local band that played in Kent and Chelsea and her girlfriends saw him and picked up his CD for me. Chelsea has gone to see him a 2nd time and we are all going to see him in a couple weeks before he heads back to Nashville.... love him!

Here's to a Happy New Year and resolutions for 2009

time for resolutions, words, challenges and goals.  I myself have several in mind that I want to begin or repeat from last year.
I love the project 365, it is a wonderful way to look back at your year and remember some of the details that happened throughout the year.  I know I missed a few days in picture taking and I'm okay with that, I think...

I'm thrilled with the project 365 that I did this year and plan on doing it again next year.  What a fun way to look back at a year that flew by so quickly!  While I may have missed a few days here and there, I still believe it captured our year in photos quite well.   Although I haven't completed December yet, I wanted to post what I've completed.

So we got to visit with friends this morning that are in town from Florida.  It seems with everyone's crazy schedule they were down to their last day here only having breakfast available to get together.


This afternoon I am meeting up with friends to go to the movies.  I've wanted to see The curious case of Benjamin Button since I first saw the previews of it.  So I hope it lives up...

but I'm glad to be moving on...

Christmas Eve was spent at Deb's and is always a fun evening that we spend playing games along with eating and opening gifts.  the white elephant game always proves to be quite fun and this year I decided to sit it out so I could capture the fun that is shared on film.
