Here's one of the cutest displays of snow I've seen in a long time.  On my way to drop Zach off at his friends up the road I spotted this.  (and was reminded again why I always have my camera with me!)

And even though I hate the cold, I love the way the snow decorates your yard and trees.
 

Zach was already going to be off from school on Friday and Monday, but now with this weather and the cold temps there is no school todayGood thing we rented that game at Blockbuster yesterday!
I finally put up a Valentine tree and probably still need more to decorate it with, but I'm happy with it so far.

Our winter this year has already had a lot more storms than I remember in years past.  In fact last year I don't remember having this many storms until after we got back from Florida in February.
Chelsea has had a long Christmas break and though we've enjoyed her being home, I know she is anxious to get back to Kent and this weekend that's what she's doing!

A couple of my favorite things I got this year for Christmas were from my mom and my sister.  My mom got me these adorable metal bins and my sister made me this recipe mini filled with all the recipes that I'm constantly calling her for, or that I comment on how much I love them!  The mini is using job ticket holders... just too cute!

or how much snow, Zach's new love is Air soft.   He and his buddies get together whether it is snowing outside, raining outside or down right freezing outside.  

They get together in groups and head into the woods for hours.  Already this year Zach got one of his teeth shot out.  We were not thrilled, which prompted the entire face mask that he wears now.  (And luckily our dentist was able...

For weeks we've been planning to head out into Canton and see the Ryan Humbert Band at Quaker Steak and lube.   Unfortunately we got one of the worst snow storms of this year (so far) and were unable to go.  The roads were horrible to travel, especially that far.
We decided we still wanted to go out, since it WAS Terry's birthday and all!  So we found a local place that we could all meet at...

I chose this book (The Middle Place)  as my next book of my 50 books in 2009 to read.

We went to see Jerry Seinfeld tonight and while the weather was horrible and driving conditions not great, the show was hilarious!  It was a night of endless laughter for us all, something that the whole family could enjoy.
We were in row R, so we had really good seats.  After all, part of Jerry's show was, "you know once you leave people are going to ask how's was the show, where were yours seats"...lol

Today was a fun day that I fit a little bit of everything into.  I started the day at work and started to unbury my desk, then got a call from Debbie that the Treasured Friends girls were heading into Medina and going to Perfectly Charming so I decided to leave work for a bit and meet up with them.
