What brought you joy: Week 3

Gathering together with family is one of my favorite things to do. In fact, when asked for a Christmas list my response was, "dates on the calendar," to which my husband sarcastically replied, "dates are already on the calendar."  After a serious eye roll and a giggle, I received the calendar I had asked for with the space to record and dedicate our time together.

Time is a priceless commodity, one we become more aware of as we lose the people we love. The opportunity to share our time with one another is sure to create JOY. A family date night was created and we gathered for dinner to share time and laughter with one another, fond memories that will linger long after the day in the space where we gather unselfishly.

Designating space for family and friends is the purest demonstration of joy for me.

Looking back at what brought joy...
