Running down a dream 2015

Back to my running goals, or at least trying to get back... 

Started the year with a broken foot so miles are slim for January. Let's see if we can get these up there again

  • 1 mile - first attempt after broken toe
  • 3 miles - getting better after toe                                    
  • 5 miles - finally some miles in                                        
  • 6 miles - January 20th                                                    
  • 4 miles - January 22nd
  • 5 miles  - January 25th in 44:20
  • 3 miles - January 27th in 26:20
  • 1 mile  - January 29th in 7:57
  • 6 miles - January 31st in 53:03   
  • 3 miles - February 3 in 25:27

 

 

  • January 22nd total - 19 miles
  • January 25th total - 24 miles
  • January 27th total - 27 miles
  • January total -          34 miles

 

  • February                     37 miles
  •
