Let the projects begin

My brother in law came over first thing yesterday morning and started working on our front porch.  It is in desperate need of some TLC and lots of paint!  While he was over we discussed some of the other projects we have on the list to get completed.

Finally some of the tulips are starting to show some life in the front yard.

Yesterday afternoon Chelsea and I drove out to Kent for her to try out for their color guard.  She was nervous all afternoon, and actually still is since they haven't made the calls yet.

Throughout last night and today I've worked with more of my Work in Progress Kits.  Having some fun with some layouts and of course more mini's!!!

This is the mini acrylic made at the Archiver's class on Friday with my mom and sister.

After learning more about my bind it all when taking the class I started doing a little more experimenting at home and was able to bind this mini acrylic that I made from the Hobby Lobby acrylic sheets

Since Chelsea doesn't get too many Sunday's off and we have a house full of kids, we are heading out for breakfast this morning.
