Demolition Derby

August 6, 2007

What a good time we had at the Medina County Fair watching the demolition derby.  Mike, our driver entered a car in the name of the company.  He ended up winning 1st place for his heat.  ( I think that's what its called?)

I'm not a big fan of the fair, so this is my only time up there, and while I wish I would have had a little more time walking around, I did enjoy the little time I spent there.

I ended up picking up tickets for 24 of us to all sit there with our Northern Ohio Equipment shirts on to cheer for Mike.  A couple times he got hit which left the entire stadium with a collective Ohhhh, and  worried his wife a lot more than that.

Got some pictures of Chelsea's TWO 1st place awards from her submissions from her Graphics Arts class.

I'm not sure what all is involved in the artwork - but Chelsea assures me it's a lot of work to blend all the colors she had to use.

One of the scary shots with poor Mike being the yellow car.
