  2. Spiritual - reading daily devotions
  3. Life - jump in
  4. emotional health - finding the positive, writing and reading
  5. happiness/gratitude - daily journal
  6. donating/volunteering - pay it foward, donate time
  7. fitness - running, push up and pull up goals
  8. wellness - eating healthy
  9. hobbies - choose crafts over facebook
  10. finances - continue paying off debt
  11. writing - blogging, journaling, venting
  12. reading - relax and enjoy
  13. organize - clean out and simplify
  14. travel - finding new destinations to visit
