I had a few people ask questions on my kitchen island and chairs that I painted so I thought I'd do a post about it. CHALLENGE...
On Saturday Chelsea and I had a training scheduled with Milt, we decided to get a run in before the training as I am trying to run 4 times in the week and I had only run twice, not even hitting my goal. Resolutions don't have to start on the first of the year!  If your still trying to figure things out, its not too late.  I set a goal to quit smoking the first of the year in 2003 and then kept finding excuses not to follow through until the night of January 6th when I decided I'm doing this tomorrow and smoked my last cigarette January 6, 2003.
It was one of my most rewarding decisions/goals I've...

Our hotel and flight is booked and now its just time to prepare for running!

Ahh what a fun NYE we shared with family!  With my brother in law in town for just a few more days we wanted to enjoy some time with him and of course be sure both the grams had something to do.  We've gone bowling before and its always been a blast and it had been years since both my mom and mother in law had bowled so we decided that would be perfect!
If you made reservations in advance you got...
