Monday Monday

Its back to Monday after a quiet, but busy weekend. I'm ready to get back to the structured week. And while I'm glad for what I got accomplished, there is always so much more to do! So I will take this week and continue to finish things on my list.

Joel and I went out to a new restaurant in town on Saturday called the Corkscrew Saloon. We have heard wonderful reviews of it, and tried to go before Chelsea went back to Kent, but there was always such a long wait, we had never gotten in. The food and service lived up to its reviews and we definitely plan to go back again!

Last night I finished The lucky one by Nicholas Sparks, and as with most of Sparks books, I enjoyed it.
