And so today was the day

The cast finally came off...

Actually it was only 3 weeks, so it wasn't so bad, however Zach has been counting down since the day it went on.  Oh I'm sure he enjoyed having his girlfriend and all his friends signing the cast, but after that novelty wore off, he was ready for it to come off!

Luckily I was sure to take plenty of pictures, including today while in the doctors office.  I really liked this doctor and he sure did have a good time joking with Zach.  He kept saying Zach your girlfriend called and said she was sorry...  He reminded me of Dana Carvey...
