Some things stay the same

And some things change...

Here is an old picture of one of the houses that I grew up in.  My brother Joe is in the picture, it was the first house my parents purchased and I think I remember hearing it was $19,000 - can you imagine!

and here it is today...

they added some lights, a railing and widened the driveway... but it looks like the same bushes?  Not sure I'm too crazy about the new paint? 

And yet the funny thing... our neighbors, The Klems house is the same color all these years!
