It had threatened to rain most of the day and in fact did rain a good portion of the morning, and while we desperately do need the rain, I didn't want our 4th to be rained out.  There's too many outdoor activities for the kids to do.  Like swimming in the pool, eating ice cream, cooking out, fishing and going to the parade.

Luckily the rain did hold out and we had a nice day filled with lots of activities.

We celebrated Zach's 13th birthday and Cameron's 14th birthday with ice cream sundaes.  Then it was back to fishing, swimming and eating until darkness took over our day and it was time to start watching the fireworks.
