Christmas questions

Found this over on Janie's blog and thought what a great idea!

1. Colored lights or white lights on your house or not at all?  BOTH
2. Hot chocolate or Egg Nog? Definetly hot chocolate!
3. What's your favorite holiday dish?
4. Does Santa wrap the presents or just sit them under the tree? Wraps
5. Do you hang mistletoe? No, should I?
6. When do you put up your decorations? Anytime after Thanksgiving
7. What's your favorite holiday tradition? Having the family over for breakfast Christmas morning
8. What's on the top of your tree? It's not up yet
9. Do you have a nativity displayed through the holidays? No
10. Candy Canes, traditional or flavored?   Traditional candy canes, please... 
11. What's your favorite holiday goodie to make and share? Peppermint bark or russian tea balls
12. What's your favorite Christmas song? Harry Connick Jr - It must've been ol Santa Claus - the kids and I will dance around the house singing it... okay, maybe too much information there!
13. When did you learn the truth about the "magic" of Christmas? Don't remember?
14. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?  No, but I think it would be a nice tradition to start
15. Is there a special ornament or Christmas decoration that you wouldn't feel like Christmas without?  Something in memory of Ryan
16. Do you take neighbor gifts/treats to anyone, everyone, a select few? Not recently
17. Is your big meal on Christmas Eve, Christmas morning or Christmas afternoon? All 3 since we are at 3 different places
18. How do you decorate your tree? Lights then ornaments, everyone helps
19. Snow?  Love it?  Dread it?  Tolerate it?  Love it when I'm staying home, dread it when I'm awaiting someone to return home, or when trying to push a shopping cart through the muck and slush!
20. Do you remember a favorite gift?  My Barbie airplane was a favorite that stuck as a child, my U2 Ipod -as an adult. I was shocked that my husband got.
21. Do you have a family get-together during the holidays with extended family? My sister does a cookie exchange with lots of friends and family
22. What's the most important thing that you must do each Christmas season? Get our tree/put up the tree on December 7th Ryan's birthday
23. Do you bake Christmas cookies? 20 dozen for the cookie exchange
24. Do you leave cookies and milk for Santa? Used to... not anymore
25. Share a favorite Christmas memory.  Need to think about this one
